Simple Firearms Safety in 4 Rules

They were created by  Jeff Cooper, a US Marine Corps officer and firearms instructor from old times.

1. Treat any gun as if loaded. 
2. Never point to anything you don't want to destroy. 
3. Keep your finger out of the trigger until sight is on target. 
4. Be sure of the target and what is behind it. 

Simple rules.

Remember that weapons don't kill people; people kill people.
